If it is broken we will tell you what it is, what it costs and whether it is worth fixing. Diagnostics first, quote second, work third. We have been doing this in Bow for years and a lot of our customers have been with us for most of them.

We tell you upfront. Simple faults we will often look at without charging. Anything that needs real time on the bike we agree a diagnostic charge first, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
Yes. We run recovery 24 hours a day across East London and can collect from the roadside or from home.
Yes. We assess the damage, quote for the repair and can deal with the claim alongside you rather than leaving you to argue with the insurer on your own.
It depends entirely on the fault, which is why we diagnose before we quote. What we will not do is start work and tell you the price afterwards.
The workshop is on Arnold Road in Bow, E3, and we regularly see riders from Poplar, Mile End, Stratford, Hackney Wick, Bethnal Green and Limehouse.
